1. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

2. Are there any shipping fees?
No, shipping is completely free on all orders—there are no additional or hidden charges.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

4. What’s the estimated delivery timeframe?
Delivery usually takes between 7 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch.

5. Is there a daily order cutoff time?
Yes. Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after that or during weekends will be handled the next working day.

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your parcel through:

  • Royal Mail

  • Hermes 

  • DHL

7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day.

8. How do I return an item?
Simply email us at contact@london-avenue.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

9. Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

10. What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

11. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. 

12. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please get in touch with us immediately and include clear photos of the damage. If the item is sealed, avoid opening it. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or return—whichever you prefer.

13. My refund hasn’t come through—what should I do?
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days of our confirmation, check with your bank or card provider first. Still no luck? Contact us at contact@london-avenue.com and we’ll help you further.
